Chart Help Needed!
Good morning ladies.
I need your help and advice. Both yesterday and today I woke up around 5- 5:15am. I was up for about a half an hour, unable to go back to sleep. I took my temp then. Then I fell back asleep and woke up at my regular time, about 7-7:15am. Yesterday, I used the earlier temp in FF, figuring it would just be one skew temp and back to normal today. Today I have the same problem. My temp at 5 was 97.66. My temp at 7:15 was 98.16. I don't know what to use. I haven't had a clear thermal shift yet and am not sure if I already Oed and I am on a slow rise or what is going on. Please take a look and tell me what you think and which temp you think I should use.
I really hope that I didn't miss my O date and that I will have a clear shift later in the cycle.
Thanks in advance for your help.
My chart

Re: Chart Help Needed!
hmmm I would have sworn from your chart that you O'd on the CD18 but I see that you got a - OPK... maybe you haven't yet- there is still time
I would still use the first temperature- temp is most accurate after 3 hours of continuous sleep
good luck

Thank you! I was kind of afraid that I may have Oed on the 18th too after seeing the temps go up the way they have been for the last few days. But I wasn't sure because of the missing temps the week before.
for both of us!

Thanks!
I don't know when I Oed last cycle because of mid cycle spotting that I was told to count as AF by my dr but I didn't agree with. So, I think my last cycle was 47 days But again, I'm definitely not sure. This is my first full cycle temping and using OPK. I am just confused because of the two days of temps missing before CD18 and the fact that the temps overall aren't higher than "pre O" temps.

Re: Chart Help Needed!
I know you must be but keep temping and hopefully the chart will be clearer later in your cycle. Good luck!!
