Chapped Cheeks

Jack's cheeks are so rosy - and today I just noticed started to be a little chapped. What can I put on them?

Am I making this up - or is this another sign of teething? I think another tooth is going to break real soon.

Do you have vaseline? You can use that.

Re: Chapped Cheeks

It could be the chilly weather. My DD has a bit of the same thing going on right now. I use Arbonne lotion and it definitely helps. Aquaphor or A& D should do the trick.

lotion works okay - DD has it bad from sucking her thumb with her hand up against her cheek - The ped yesterday had to give her a script lotion b.c the normal lotion wasn't cutting it. She isn't even teething yet either.

Put Aquaphor and you aren't making that up about teething. Luka got for every single tooth and the side of his cheek that was chapped corresponded with the side of tooth.

Re: Chapped Cheeks

My doc said vaseline works well for chapped cheeks. He also said to reapply it several times a day.

We got the 'Baby Kisses' made by the same company that makes 'Butt Paste'. It's for chapped cheeks and lips. I got it at Rite Aid, so I'm sure it's in a lot of places.

We use Aquaphor. It works sometimes. I just keep putting it on her before her naps.
