Changing Drs- Health insurance
Prior to changing dds DR's I called blue cross and gave them the new drs names etc...
Turns out they didnt change the DR and they didnt pay the new DR.
Are they going to fight me on this and make me pay or will it just be a quick phone call and they will change it?
I cant get in touch with empire as they are closed today...
I am burning mad yet scared they will make me pay

It should be fine. I had a similar issue with BCBS when DD was born - they never put down her ped as her primary care and didn't pay the charges right away. Once I got them on the phone it was cleared up in a matter of minutes.
