Think it's ok to put on a 2 months old face?

Re: Cetaphil lotion
I would not do it.
The ped prescribed something for Gracie's eczema. CAll them and see if they can give you something. Cetaphil sounds too harsh for a two month old to me.

Re: Cetaphil lotion
Our Dr recommended the infant vaseline lotion for chapped face and if severe use bacitracin

Re: Cetaphil lotion
I have used the cetaphil cleanser since my son was very young on his face - so I would think the lotion would be ok too.
PS My ped recommended the cetaphil on his face since his skin was sensitive and he had very bad baby acne.

Re: Cetaphil lotion
I would think it was ok, maybe ask the doc or start off with just a little bit in one spot to make sure there is no reaction. I THINK that lotion is pretty gentle.

Re: Cetaphil lotion
I'd run a quick call to PED. I would think it would be okay.
But we were ok'd by PED to put anything on her face that we use for our sensitive dry skin, and DH's eczema.
We use baby aveeno, eucerin, Jergens healing lotion on baby's face and whole body.
She has really dry skin and eczema.

Re: Cetaphil lotion
our ped recommended cetaphil cleanser and the lotion for hannah since she has sensitive skin. it is not too harsh, but i would just run it by your ped first.
