Central A/C
We saw a house today that had central ac but the house only had a 100amps. Is this something that must be upgraded immediately, will it cause lots of problems?

Re: Central A/C
It depends on how big the unit is, how big the house is and what other appliances you have. You may be OK if you the unit isn't that big. However, if the unit isn't that big, the house may not cool down in the summer. I had 100amp service and a central a/c when I lived in my condo and didn't have any problems.
If this is a house you are interested in, I would have an engineer look at the house and ask his recommendation on it.
