I also have high FSH and was given the donor egg speech. I am now the proud mom of a beautiful baby boy thanks to IVF using my own eggs. A lot of research indicates that your age is the most important factor when dealing with high FSH and there are things you can do to lower it. You should read "The Infertility Cure" by Randine Lewis. She talks about lowering your FSH through diet and acupuncture. I followed her techniques and really believe it helped our chances of conceiving our son.
