CD question?
so from the first day of AF you are suppose to start that as day 1 correct?
then what are the most "fertile days after day 1 ?

CD1 = First day of your AF
Fertile days are the days that surround your ovulation when you are most fertile/able to get pregnant. This is where you can use OPKs to test when you are most fertile.

If you know how many days are in your cycle, it's easier to tell you when to start using OPKs.
For instance, in my 30-33 day cycle, I typically ovulate about CD 15-19, so I start using OPKs around CD 12 to determine when I am most fertile.
