CD 37 and...
No AF and BFN on the test I took this morning. I'm about 17 dpo and have had mild cramping and fatigue for about 5 days now. Do I still have a chance?

how long are your cycles normally?
Did you use an OPK or temp to know when you actually o'd...maybe you o'd later than you thought and you arent 17dpo yet
i believe you have a chance until af shows!

Cycles on average are 34. I used opk but now I'm wondering if it was a false positive or something.

How long is your LP? Mine is 16 days and for the past 5 months my cycles are 35 days. Did you use an OPK like the CBE...you may not have O'd later than you think...

I'm pretty bad at all calculating all the days, so I'm not really sure what my LP is. I used the cheap wandfo opk from amazon.

I am in the same boat on CD35, it is driving me nutty! I have cramps so I think AF is coming but so far nothing! All BFN's.

it is hard to tell if u r not sure when you ovulated?
do u have PCOS? why would it be a false positive

I've been off the pill since last summer so that shouldn't be a factor. Still no AF and BFN today. Not really sure what is going on.

This happened to me this month!
My cycles usually last about 32 days, and AF did not show until CD 39

It's not unusual to have a month here and there where you're a few days or even a week late. You likely just ovulated late. I wouldn't worry.

you could be having an anovulatory cycle, there are some cycles where you don't ovulate, even if you got a + opk. Could be caused by stress, etc. Or, you could have ovulated later than you think, and you're not truly 17dpo. but if you are really 17dpo, you should be getting a + pregnancy test if you are pregnant. think positive. maybe you ovulated later than you think!

I'm day 39 now and still no AF and and BFN. I had an appointment yesterday w/ the dr and did a test there which was also BFN. She's sending me to get a blood test if AF doesn't come in the next 48 hours. I'm still having cramping so I think AF is coming, but its just torture waiting!

Day 43 and still waiting for AF. I went for a blood test and haven't received the results yet. Is it possible that the urine tests are negative but the blood test be positive? I've pretty much lost hope at this point, just want AF to come so we can start a new cycle.

I got a positive on my opk, so unless I read it wrong, I'm pretty sure I did ovulate.

It is possible depending on the sensitivity of the hpt.

you could have a + opk and LH surge, but then not ovulate at all, or ovulate later than the day you got your surge. it happens all the time. a + opk does not guarantee ovulation. so maybe you didn't ovulate, or, you ovulated much later than you think. you need bloodwork, you need a serum beta to confirm whether or not you are pregnant. or you can give it another week. in the future, i would temp this way you know for sure. remember, the day leading up to ovulation are inconsistant, meaning, it can be 10 days, 20 days. however, AFTER ovulation is pretty consisitant, so LP is usually the same every cycle post ovulation, give or take a day or two. so if you ovulate and confirm it with 3 days of higher temps than normal, then you know within 10 to 14 days or so you will get your period. for example, my LP is typically 10 to 12 days. temping might be annoying, but it gives you sooooooo much information, and then you don't have to question when stuff like this happens, kwim?

OPK doesn't guarantee ovulation. you probably either ovulated late or didn't ovulate at all. if you are this late an no AF or BFP, you prob didn't ovulate. your bloodwork should be back by now so call the Dr for some followup.

that was me this cycle - 37 days. and then I got AF. I have never in my life had a cycle longer than 33 days

Well AF finally arrived. I'm just happy to have some relief. Thanks for all your comments and suggestions. I prob would have gone insane if I didn't have this board to turn to.
