CBFM Users
I have one stick left and this month we are not going to try b/c DH has to get a SA. I have been POAS every morning but after this one I really dont wanna waste sticks and buy another box. Is it bad to just stop using it in mid month? I am on CD 18 and I just got a second bar yesterday. SO is it bad to stop using it in the mid of a cycle and then just start up again with AF comes next month?

I don't think it's terrible, but if it were me, I'd get another box and keep going. It's good to know when you O and when you get AF so you can see how long your LP is and just keep getting to know your cycle. You can buy the 30-pack and that should last a while!

I would definitely keep going. the monitor gets to know your cycle, so it only gets more intelligent the more you use it. if you just pick up next month, you have to reset the entire monitor.....
