I think it's worth it if you can't do the OPK's. I can't hold my urine long enough during the day to use the OPK's so I liked the CBEFM. (I go typically once every 1-2 hours... can't hold it to 4.)

I have the same problem Jess. OPK's only work for me in the morning .

For me, it wasn't worth it. I'd never get a peak reading. I'd go from low to high then back to low. Without getting a peak reading, I was supposed to keep testing for like half my cycle. I wound up going through a ridiculous number of test sticks and it just got to be too costly.

If you ovulate regularly and are willing to give the monitor a 1-3 months to get to know your body IMO it's totally worth it.

My period is always regular and I always usually ovular on day 17. Except last month I never got a postive OPK and I was like 4 days late.
