CBFM
This is the first month that I am using it. So I am on day five. Tomorrow is day six. I think it is the first day that I need a stick. Any tips that I need to know? I don't want to mess anything up. TIA

Just make sure that you are POAS at a time frame that is good for you. I did it a little late last month(7:14 am) and for the 10 days I had to hold it every morning until my window. SO ANNOYING!

As long as you read the instructions, you should be fine!
This was my first month using it too.
I had two days of low readings, 7 days of high readings, and today was my 2nd day of peak reading.
