CBEFM Question...
Are you supposed to BD each day that you have a HIGH reading and then at PEAK time until it's LOW/HIGH again???
I'm a little confused as to how the CBEFM BD plan is supposed to work...

There's no real CBEFM plan, but I like to BD every other day during high time - then on the 2 peak days and the following high day.

Hard for me to say.
We are going through fertility treatments and can not get pregnant on our own, so I can't say it worked for us - however, I will say that I feel as though I've "helped" many people get pregnant by following that plan or similar ones and it has worked for others! Our circumstances are different now, so I can't really say FOR SURE one way or the other.

I did it every other day when I had "high"
when I had Peak we did it both days and then the next day "low"
this was the time i got pregnant
