CBEFM Quesitions
HI Ladies,
I just received mt CBEFM in the mail today and was trying to figure out the directions. I know it says you can set it to as late as CD 5, but I am on day 14. Does that mean I have to wait until next month to start using it, or is there a way to override the setting/

you have to wait until you get AF..so that would mean next month unfortunately.
and it has to be done with FMU, so set it at time when you can test in the mornings.

yes, you will have to wait till next month. You need to use fMU and also you should set it in the morning... for example if you start spotting or get AF on tuesday afternoon.. wed morning would be cd1 for the CBEFM and that is when you should set it.

I have a 32-33 day cycle with the exception of last month (38  ). So I think I can still track it.
