Cargo or casual capris
Where can I find them? Not jean and not yoga or sweat pants
I have already looked at kohls target gap and old navy?
I need something for everyday wear with the kids.

I think it's more in style now to have ankle length pants and maybe do a roll up. You could try something like this from the gap:

The Gap Outlet usually has them every year. I haven't been there recently though to say whether or not they have them now.

The Loft had these:

They also have a pair that are similar but with a draw string and roll up at the bottom.
Gap outlet had some too.

Don't laugh but I just got like 5 pair from Kmart for $8.99 each. They have every style and color imaginable.
