Car Seat Safety
Does anyone know where I can find a video or brochure etc on what happens if you don't have your child proerly restrained in the car seat.
To make a long story short, my nephew never ever since about 18 months has the straps of the car seat over his shoulders. They use the 5 point harness but have never raised them in the back and just have them going around his waist since "he doesn't like it". Me and other family members have said things a few time which I thought hit home with my inlaws, but recently I saw that she puts both of my nephews in the car the same way because they dont like the shoulder straps.
Are there any videos or something out there that i can send to her to show her that not restraining her kids properly is bad for them?
I've tried to approach the subject a few times with her and it has gotten my no where besides family arguments.
