Car Insurance - Esurance

My DH and I have had Geico for 11 years... Never late on a payment, 1 ticket each (mine in 2012 & his in 2014), no accidents at all, always doing defensive driving. He updated our address because we moved a few months ago and our policy went up almost $100 a month! He called to see what was up and they explained that policies can change depending on the area... meanwhile we only moved 30 min away from where we were. They didn't even try to help us, even though we're longtime customers.

We are obviously not happy about this and will have to switch companies. DH got a quote from Esurance and it is much cheaper than what we pay now. Just wondering if anyone has Esurance and what their experience has been like? Or if you have another company you can recommend?

Thank you!

Esurance was great like when gieco first came around.
Soon after, it went up and up with time and with a minor accident and so we left. I went to a lesser name company and its been great.

We just switched from geico to Allstate which I know is somehow connected to esurance. Our car insurance through Allstate is now maximum coverage whatever is the highest and we have $250 deductible with full glass. Best price by and far and we are doing our homeowners through them. Even though we didn't close yet they still gave us the bundled rate. For us our insurance went down $120 a month from geico with significantly better coverage. We used a local Allstate agent if you want I'll sent you her info

We have esurance. I've had it for about 6 years. Never gone up, never had any issues. I'm happy.

I made the switch from Esurance. I liked how, at the time, it was very reasonably priced to have full coverage, but over time the policy kept increasing and I went from having full to basic coverage and was paying more for basic than I originally did with full. No changes in my driving record.

Went to Allstate via a local agent, and was quoted full coverage for $130 less than my first policy with Esurance. Just got my auto renewal, and there are no increases or changes. Highly recommend them.

I priced them out about 6 months ago along with state farm and geico, I had allstate.
I then went back to my allstate agent and he was able to do better through restructuring how my policy was written with allstate through a different program. it removed some of the "good" features like deductible rewards, but it was a bit cheaper than esurance which was the next lowest. try them out too

They were cheaper than geico but the claims process when someone hit my car was a complete nightmare. I switched back to geico right after that.
