Can't stop Crying Help!

I am in my 19th week and have hit a bout of crying episodes that could flood my home. The last 5 days I have been sobbing uncontrolably at least twice a day. I know it is a myth that the crying is just in the first trimester but I wasn't expecting this. I am afraid to go out of the house for fear that I will just combust into tears in the middle of a store. I am not even showing yet so I can't even tell people it is pregnancy hormones. Has anyone else had this? What can I do to stop it? I am a teacher and I go back to work on Tuesday. The last thing I need is to start crying in front of my students. HELP! Is this really pregnancy hormones or am I having a bout of depression which I have a history of?

Are u feeling depressed or okay then wham crying? If wham I would say pregnancy. Could be a little of both. I have had more than a few crying out of the blue fits myself! Hang in there

I had this alot! I could cry at the drop of a hat and it felt SOOOOOO good after! Hormones! Mine lasted a while. I still get those moments once in awhile.
