Can't sleep is there anything safe to take?

I'm only 5 weeks tomorrow and I have such bad insomnia.

I will ask my Dr. next week but has anyones Drs. told them something that was ok to take?

Did your Dr. say it was ok? I'm scared.

Yup!

I specifically told him that I was dying b/c I was sooooooooo tired during the day, but at night I couldn't fall asleep for anything. He told me that it was perfectly fine to take it!

My doctor said any tylenol product was okay, include tylenol PM. I especially needed it a few times during my 3rd trimester.
