Can't decide what to do about going back to work...
I can't decide what to do about going back to work after DC2. DC1 went to daycare from the time she was 3 months old. Now at 3 she is so smart, very sweet and just a great kid and I honestly think her being in daycare has given her the great personality that she has. DC2 is a few months old now and I need to decide what to do regarding work. Part of me wants to become a SAHM but part of me thinks it's better for all of us if they go to daycare, even a few days a week. There are pros & cons to both and I keep going back & forth about what to do. Looking for any advice or experiences you've had...

When I was trying to decide what to do after my DS was born last year, I realized that I had to go back to work to at least how it would be. I was glad that I went back. Part of me still doesn't love DS goes to daycare and I don't get as much time with him, but I think I am more balanced working and continuing with my career. Could you go back and then leave if you realize it's not for you? Or go part time? I was luckily able to find a job closer to home too when I went back. I used to have a sucky commute.

I don't think that is really a decision that we can help with. For one, it really depends on your financial situation and whether you and your family can afford for you to be a stay at home mom.
For me, I think being a working mom makes me a better mom. We love the day care that we use and that really helps me be ok with that decision. I also have a career that it would be hard to be not working for 5 or more years and then go back once all of my kids go back to school full time. I am also lucky in that my job is flexible and I am able to go to things so I don't feel like I am missing out.
