We always eat chinese or japanese with them at home or in the restaurant. We have a few good sets of them also. My DH is trying to become some sort of KungFu / Karate expert so he started using them regularly at one point. So he will be taking martial arts and eating with chopsticks I gues...  yet another phase 
Leo needs to see it before the phase is over!!
Everytime we order pizza, Leo jokes and looks for the chopsticks inside the bag!
"What the hell? How can a pizza place not provide chopsticks!"
I can't use them at all.

I know the basic techniques but I never bother. My dad, who would never be expected to use them, is really good with them. It's interesting because he has a condition where he can barely manipulate his hands, then he goes and uses chopsticks all the time!!!

I eat with them about once every othe rmonth and I do pretty good. I try to use them if they are offered over a fork only becasue I think it's appropriate to do that seeing as you are at an ethnic rest....

I eat Japanese all the time and have been eating it since I was a child and I STILL have to use baby chopsticks!!! I am just not hand-chopstick coordinated!!!

Yes. I use them a few times a week. I used them for a twelve days straight when I went to Japan. Couldn't wait to get home to a fork, that was a bit much.

I'm no expert, but I can use them pretty well.
I remember once when I was a kid eating at Gasho's and using chopsticks to eat my dinner. When they brought out ice cream for dessert I still tried to use them!!

I can use chopsticks EXCEPT with rice. I know you are supposed to hold the bowl real close to your chin, but for all that work, i'd rather use a fork
