Can you help me understand my cycle?

Please help me make sense of this: I’m trying to better understand my body since going off BCP; and have kept track of AF’s start and end date. My PD came about a week early this month then what the little app on my phone said it would; so basically I had 2 periods in October but date wise my last 3 cycles have been the same length (I think).

My September AF came 9/8 and ended 9/12. The October one started 10/2 ended 10/6; 2nd one came 10/26 and ended yesterday. I’m supposed to count from the 1st day of the 1st pd; until the start of the second one right? So that would be a 24 day cycle 3 times in a row? AF always seems to start the 25th day.

Since it seems like my cycles are pretty regular; is it safe to count back the 10-16 days from the end to guestimate when I O’d? That would be 9/21 (day 14) and 10/14 (day 14). Is it safe to say my next O would be around 11/5-11/8? Next Week??? I hope so; we’re going out with friends this weekend so that should make for a fun Saturday night! Especially since AF was here last week so we didn’t get to do anything!

Do my calculations sound right? Thanks ladies-trying to figure all this stuff out!

Seems like you and your body are in sync.

i would suggest setting up an a/c with FF.

that way you can keep track of everything

What is FF?
