As long as they are really doctors.
In the 1980's he said he would release people who wanted to go to America. Well, he would empty out the jails and mental institutions, fill boats with them and send them off to Florida. Florida then had to deal with the mentally ill and criminals.

Yes, the "Cuban Boat People" incident.
That's why it's always good to have a history teacher around...LOL.
ETA: Of course, not all Cuban Americans who excaped Castro are criminals or mentally ill. Just wanted to add that so I don't get flamed
