Can we talk Short-Term Disability??

I just want to make sure I have this right.....

For a Vag Birth you get 6 weeks and for a C-section you get 8 weeks...Is this right??

FMLA....How long do you get for that?
12 weeks???

You're correct. FMLA is 12 weeks of unpaid leave. Almost all employers have a policy that FMLA runs concurrently with STD, meaning you get 12 weeks of total leave, not an additional 12 weeks on top of the STD leave.
