Can we talk about newborn poop?
My LO is 3 weeks old and I am not sure if his poop is normal or constipated..oh and he is on formula..
His poop is mustard yellow..but it's consistancy is more of playdough..when I look on line it says that it should be more of a peanut butter consistancy...
He was constipated last week..now he goes twice a day but the stool comes out in balls...and is pretty formed in shape/on firm side.
Any thoughts? I have a 3 week apt with doc tomorrow..I just wanted to hear your experiences...

don't know what is normal, but my DS had the mustard/PB poop for the first few months. Nothing as solid as you described at that age. He just started with slightly more solid recently & he's 7 months. I'm sure there are plenty of variables like age, diet, etc. though.
