Can we do a WW meal plan thread?

I'm trying to plan out my dinners from now on. I need to go food shopping today and I have NO idea what to make this week.

Tonight will be something easy- I'll probably just get a roasted chicken and a few sweet potatoes and make a green salad with chicken in it and a sweet potato on the side.

Please share what you're making this week- and points values!

Thanks!

A few things I'm making (off the top of my head):

Contessa Shrimp Primavera (dont remember how many points but it was reasonable- shrimp is low in pts)

Turkey burgers (4 pts) with soup on the side

Re: Can we do a WW meal plan thread?

I actually made a roasted chicken last night with a side of roasted brussel sprouts and mashed cauliflower. The mashed cauliflower recipe is very easy and delicious and fools you into thinking you are eating mashed potatoes. Let me know if you want the recipe.

For the rest of the week we are having pasta with hot turkey sausage and broccoli rabe for 2 nights and then stuffed peppers for 2 nights. I can't remember whats in the plan for Friday on...

But other things I eat for dinner while on ww include: Chicken and/or shrimp stirfry with quinoa, tacos with lean ground beef or turkey, ww lasagna, pecan crusted tilapia...

I'm a recipe girl- I need recipes. I can't just make it up as I go. I just went on the skinny taste website and grabbed a bunch of recipes. I'm not sure which day I'll be making what, but I know for sure I am making these recipes this week.

-Chicken Thighs with Artichoke Hearts and Feta Cheese (3pts). Will probably service with some sort of rice/grain.

-Asian Turkey Meatballs with lime sesame dipping sauce (6pts) with brown rice

-Lightened up Chicken Divan (8pts)

I can't wait! I love trying new recipes!

Cut up a head of cauliflower (remove the stems as much as possible) and add to a pot. I also like to add 2 small quartered potatoes, but you don't have to. Add 3 cloves of garlic whole. Add water to the pot just enough to cover the cauliflower/potatoes/garlic. Bring to a boil and let boil for about 15 minutes. Drain water. Add a little milk and butter - just enough to your taste, I never measure. Mash it all with a potato masher.

It is really good and I just realized, I found it on the WW online site! Only 2 points for a serving. Here is the actual recipe for measurements.

Ingredients

8 oz cauliflower, florets
3 small uncooked Yukon Gold potato(es), peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks (about 10 oz)
2 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), peeled
1 tsp table salt, divided
1/4 cup(s) low-fat milk
2 tsp butter
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp chives, fresh, snipped

Instructions
Place cauliflower, potatoes, garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a medium saucepan. Add enough water to cover ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil until vegetables are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes; drain and return to saucepan.

Stir in milk, butter, remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper; mash with a potato masher until smooth. Stir in chives and serve. Yields about 1/2 cup per serving.

ETA: This is 4 servings
