Can we discuss...
baby headbands?
No disrespect to anyone-- but these things annoy me. They look so uncomfortable for the baby and I also think they look kinda silly.
While they can look cute on an older baby, on a newborn I feel like they just look SO uncomfortable.
Am I alone in this???

DH and my MIL hate them, I love them.
I'm wishing that my DD will hurry up and grow some hair so I can put barretts in her hair since no one lets me put head bands on her.

Not for me, but I do like barrettes..as long as the child doesn't know they are there and tries to eat them.

I used on my dd.. but some kind like the one i picture.. that is all crumply like.. they leave indents on the childs head and seem kinda tight.. so i stopped using on her. The soft big cotton ones are nice they slip on just like a baby wearing a hat and no marks and arent tight.

I like these as well..I'm into the really annoying girly stuff, but the crinkly headbands just seem eh to me....I like the more loud and tacky ones with the huge flowers on them, I actually think they're cute..not so much on a newborn but more on a 3mos+ baby

I only have a DS so it was neer an issue with me, BUT given that my DS has no hair still at 15 mos, if he had been a girl I might embellish him a little so that people would know the gender.

I only have a boy but right now I DO NOT like them at all.
Who knows if I'll feel differently if I ever have a girl. But, they are not for me!

Um..I don't love them, but I really prefer the little clips/barrettes..those look more comfortable.
