I just use a dish sponge and dishwashing liquid. Also, I got some of those pacifier wipes that I use when out and about.

I use a sponge & soapy water, or a baby wipe. There's a hole in the bottom, and I'm afraid that water that gets in won't get out and it will lead to mildew. She's too expensive to replace if that happens. :)

Sophie has "gone swimming" and it takes forever to get all the water out...I would advise not to submerge her like that.
