Can someone remind me the difference between Growth Sono and
regular sono?
I have a growth sono tomorrow, I'm 25 weeks with identical  . I know had a growth sono with DS but I don't remember what made it different from a regular sono.
Thus far at every sono they have given me an estimate of their weight. So what else do they look at?

It's pretty similar to a regular sono. I think they measure head size, and two other parts to get a more accurate growth estimate. They look at fluid too.
