Can someone explain why I have cramps?
I never get cramps, not even before AF. I've had constant cramping since yesterday and today. It's not bad just uncomfortable. I should've O'ed last week so I don't think it's due to that. AF isn't due for another 6 days. Any ideas?

I didn't know implantation can cause cramps for 2 days? If that's the case, I'll deal with it.
Sorry if I sound whiney. I haven't had cramps since high school (I feel so blessed). This is our first month TTC and it's making me very nervous.

Did you just stop BCP? I had cramps on and off the first 2 cycles off BCP.

Same here. I'm in my 3rd cycle off the BCP and I feel like I always have cramps.

I just stopped BC patch 2 months ago. I didn't have any cramps the first month off. This is my second month off. I guess it's normal. I was a little worried. Thank you!
