where the HELL were the parents is right........ I can't believe some people ... A little common sens ewould be nice. Especially a two year old!!!!!!! My kids go to sleep at 9pm ... BUT even before I go to bed myself I go back into their rooms and check on them...... I just couldn't imagine.

I don't get it?? SAHD-I think not, unemployed drug user-YES.
Why wouldn't one of the parents be putting the child to bed and why would they be checking on him at 4:30 in the morning??
Either my dh or I put our kids to bed. Even though I don't go and check on them unless there is a problem, I know exactly when they go to bed and that they are, indeed, in bed.
