can someone explain BRU "free ship to store"
so earths best starter packs are on sale 2 for $15. they didn't have the veggie one in the store so i went online. i picked "free ship to store" and then it asks me to choose a store. but it won't let me choose my store bc they don't have it.
I KNOW they don't have it. that is why I am asking them to FREE SHIP TO THE STORE
am i missing something??

can someone explain BRU
Technically they aren't shipping to store. It's more along the lines of if the store has it in stock they will bring it up to customer service for you. It's misleading I agree.

YES!!! THIS HAPPENED TO ME!!! so annoying. so basically there is no free ship to store. its only if its in stock there, which is pointless, because if it were then i would have just purchased it there!!

yea or chose the option that says "free store pickup today"
why bother having both if they mean the same thing??
