Can I show off for a second?
I FINALLY stepped onto the scale today and it showed that I am at my official pre-pregnancy weight, and my goal weight 
And truthfully, it wasn't all that hard! I started eating healthier, and walking every day to the train and during lunch.
So, even though I was a whopping 190lbs right before Yael's birth, I'm back down to 130lbs
So, here are some before and afters...from last summer and fall, and today. The after pic is a little fuzzy, sorry! Image Attachment(s):

congrats!! you look amazing!! you're going to be my motivation today!! i'm heading back to the gym for the first time since before i gave birth as soon as dh wakes up ( ).

how long did it take you?
First 40lbs came off without even thinking. But I hit a wall around 150lbs. To take off the last 20 it took a good 5-6 months, but I also didn't push myself too hard.
I walk 3-5 miles a day, 3-4 days a week, and stuck with WW for a few months until I got the hang of it and just maintain the same eating habits.
