I think it depends on what plan you have.
I can't say enough good about GHI- but we are covered to the hilt- my DH is a cop and although the NYPD doesn't pay what it should- the benefits kick azz.
Sorry you are having a hard time with them.
I know insurance issues are HORRIBLE to deal with and SO unfair!

I'm sorry you're going thru issues with them. Insurance drama is the worst - especially if you aren't getting the help you need and things aren't being covered.

DH is a Lt in the FDNY and for the most part thye are ok, I am just having a specific issues which I had no control over and they are driving me crazy
