Can I have a few prayers : **UPDATED**
that I don't go into labor for a few more weeks AND that I don't end up in the hospital before. I am 34w 3 days now and have been having contractions for the past few weeks. They've done that new test (that can tell if you will go into labor) 2x and both times it was negative thank God! I went for an internal today and she said I'm now 1cm dialated. I know that could mean NOTHING but with DS I was put in the hospital at the same exact time as now for 9 days on some crazy meds to stop labor and I just can't do it again having an almost 3 year old running around.
I just want to make it to 37 weeks which is 2.5 weeks away

UPDATE: I just wanted to thank everyone for your prayers because they worked
I went to the Dr today and there has been no more progress, still 1cm, little if any effacement and he's at -2 so he's still pretty high . She also said if I were to give birth at 36 weeks it would be fine but she doesn't think it will happen (I'll be 36 weeks Friday).

I am going through the same thing, sort of. I am now 33 weeks, 5 days with twins, but was admitted to the hospital at 30 weeks, 4 days for contractions and pre-term labor. I know what medication you are referring to, that nasty magnesium sulfate! I was in the hospital for 5 days and am now home on strict bedrest. I was also dilated, but was told you could walk around dilated at the same amount for weeks. At home, I'm on terbutaline, which helps relax the contractions. My advice is just to take it easy - I know with a child that is challenging, I am having a tough time and I do not even have children! And drink tons of water!!
I had that test as well, you are referring to the FFN?
You're in a great spot, my dr says 34 weeks is an excellent milestone. I hit that on Thursday and cannot wait! I just take it day by day and then have one-week intervals as my milestones.
