Some of these poor girls are as young as 5 years old. Many of the customers are American men.

Not sad... sick is more like it.
I saw a special on this before... they profiled a doctor from the us looking for child prostitues. It was disgusting; he was telling the under cover reporter just what to ask for and where to go.
Makes me sick.
