Cake Pops/Truffles help
How long in advance could I start making them?? I have to have them made for wednesday...Could I make the cake today and form into balls and dip them tues??

yup. just freeze them (which is a must anyway, so they harden to make it better for dipping)

u think it is ok to freeze till tom night??? and then dip?? Also after I dip could I store in the fridge in a rubbermaid container til tues when I wrap them??

Definitely. When I make them for Christmas, I make the cake and form them into balls and then freeze them overnight. The next day I dip them and then freeze them again.

I make the balls weeks in advance and freeze....but I use brownies!

Absolutely! Just separate them with wax paper in the tupperware.
