easter related...how hard is it to make cake pops?
I want to make these for our easter dinner at MIL's house tomorrow..how hard would it be to do tonite??
Im in charge of desserts and i had the grand idea today of making these.

they are basically cake balls on a stick.
Cake balls are basically just cake and icinig mixed together then formed into balls and dipped into chocolate!

i would say they are pretty easy to make just follow the directions and you should ahve no problems 
ETA: Something even easier to make is Oreo Truffels there is no baking involved at all in that and everyone seems to love them

Easy to make...just take time.
I am making the cake tonight so that tomorrow I can do the cake pops. Bringing them to Easter dinner too!

when you girls make them, do you use a cake mix, or bake the cake from scratch?

when i attempted to make them i made the cake and icing from scratch. They didnt come out so well but that was because I put too much frosting in. I realized after when make the frosting from sratch it was way more than what a tub of frosting would have.
