Re: cake from bjs?
It was ridiculous...I think only $35 for a sheet cake. Dh thinks it was full but I think it was only half. It was hugggggge. It is cute and comes with a plastic Thomas train he can keep.

The $35 cake is a full sheet but it is thinner than a typical sheet. Nonetheless we had it for ds' first birthday with 115 guests and it was perfect. Not everyone took a piece though as there were other desserts.

I got my last 2 cakes for parties there and people were asking me where I got it, it was that good. $20 for half sheet, we got the chocolate cake with the chocolate mousse filling.

Their cakes are definitely affordable. If it is for kids then I say totally go for it, if it is for an adult event I would go to a bakery. The cakes are thin and very bland tasting.

I happen to prefer their cakes over bakery cakes. I think they are very good, and for the price, you really can't beat it. I have never had one complaint about their cakes and we've used them at all of our parties. People actually are shoclked when we tell them it is fr BJ's

Re: cake from bjs?
Thx everyone..I just need it for a small group but I rather buy a huge cake for the that price rather then paying more for a smaller cake at the bakery

cake from bjs?
They have sizes and prices on their website. I can't post links from my phone, but just look at bakery tab. I just got a cake for 20 people last Friday and it was $14.99. Half sheet was 19.99, full sheet I think $30.
