I've definitely cut back....Lately since the insomnia hit, I have a cup of coffee once or twice a week. I also have a diet coke with dinner a few times a week.

i cut down to one cup of half regular/half decaf in the morning and then decaf the rest of the day...
I'm addicted to the taste, and i need that little boost in the morning

I have one small cup of coffee a day. I might skip it if I'm not in the mood but usually I have it. At first I cut it out altogether, but I enjoy it and have a better day with just one little cup so I gave in and I enjoy that small cup so much now. Its just enough to really enjoy and help me get into the day!

i still have a coke a few times a week...it isn't going to hurt anybody.

I have a cup of coffee every morning.
once in a while, I might have a hot choclate later in the day, and if i feel like i need soda, i'll have a sprite or ginger ale.
my doctor said one cup a day won't do any harm.

I have a soda and iced tea here and there but I'm dying to have a regular cup of coffee. Decaf stinks! I think it's ok if you have a little bit of caffeine. I wouldn't worry about it.
