CAC system - how much?
Considering putting in central A/C in our 3 bedroom ranch. Anyone do this recently in a similar sized house? (We'd prob put in a couple vents in the basement so we can finish the bsmt when/if we want to).
How much did you pay? Which company did you use, & would you recommend them?

I have a company in Suffolk, where are you? I am sure they would go to nassau just depends where... CAC could cost up to 10K, ours was put in when we did our extension so I dont know off hand.. I can get you that # tomorrow, will FM it to you

we were quoted between 8-9k for our split. 2200 sq. feet, 4bed 2 bath and that included all duct work

we did a 2 compressor system for our colonial. The walls were open at the time so I'm sure it was a better price than if tehy weren't, but our cost was around $11K.
For yours I'm sure they'd say a 1 compressor system and my guess is they put the airhandler in the attic and can more easily cut vents in to the finished than if there were 2 stories.
we used Apple Air in seaford and were happy with both the price and the service
