C section area soreness- 5 months later?
I am still having this soreness, its like 2 inches above my incision...VERY sore to the touch...all the time..and the babies are almost 5 months?
Anyone have this?

I definitely had some soreness for a long time after my C-section. It wasn't tender to the touch but I felt pulling and sometimes a burning sensation. I also felt this in the extreme cold.

Yep, me too and I still don't have feeling in part of the are around my incision and up about 2 inches.
I also get a pulling sensation when I do some things like when I was shoveling snow.
I don't remember all this from the last time so it has me a little nervous.

Re: C section area soreness- 5 months later?
Although as moms we seem to forget it, a c-section is a major surgery. I don't think its uncommon to still feel some soreness, a lot of healing needs to take place. Just this weekend I had a sharp pain near my incision and it quickly reminded me that my abdominal cavity was sliced open 4 months ago, although for good reason Even my jeans rubbing there still hurts sometimes. I think that if you are worried you should call your dr's office and ask them, can't hurt.

Yes, it feels like a bad sunburn when you touch it? I'm 9 months pp and just recently it has gotten much better, that feeling is almost gone. It kept me from exercising for a long time because I couldn't stand anything rubbing against it.
I do still have that itching/burning feeling right above and below the incision at night (and only at night).
