C-section and contact lenses
I was told not to wear them, but I did for my first c-section.
Can I get away with it again? What's the big deal?
Anyone else wear your contacts?

If you are going to be put under, I would definitely not wear them because essentially you will be sleeping with them on.

I think its the medical procedure rules in play... like no makeup/perfume, etc... i dont think there is any real danger in wearing them.

Re: C-section and contact lenses
I wore my contacts. The nurses knew I had them and said it wasn't a problem to have them in.
