Buttercream- question
My mom needs to make a sheet cake for Sunday. Would the butter cream go bad if we left the cake out decorated overnight?? I dont think we can fit the cake in the fridge..

No, it will be fine. IMO buttercream is better to use and it tastes better at room temp.
