Bumps on face - mouth, hands, forehead, etc
Cai has been breaking out like crazy lately - he has been getting these bug bite things all over his hands (like coxsacie almost - but he does not have coxsacie - I would know - he has had it at least 5 times!!!)
He has them also around his mouth - not today - but he gets flare ups from time to time.
Today he has little pimples all over his arms, and a big bump on his hand that looks like a mosquito bite. /the few he had last week on his hand have scabbed over and are starting to clear up.
I don't think they are bed bugs (yes I looked it up ).
Does it sound like food allergies, or are some bizarre bugs after him?
He also has some break outs near his glasses - like on the bridge of his nose!
What is going on?
Should I get him tested for allergies? Does anyone whose DC has allergies that saw things like this before they got them tested?
TIA!

It could be impetigo, or a contact dermatitis.
Does it itch? Does it look like blisters?
It could be allergies also. Allergy testing is not that invasive. It's a blood test or a skin test. The skin test is easy.
You can try cortisone to see if it goes away.

I am calling the ped tomorrow....
