BTDT with taxes and children
Please help me understand this whole tax thing when it comes up. i think i was a bit brain washed by my one friend, and started believing her a bit too much. I did some research, and just still dont seem to understand fully. How much do you actually get back from taxes when you have ONE child..? I'm not saying income, just how much you get from having a dependent. Thanks!!!

My brain is mushy from work but its not a $$ back as a credit.. if you go to irs.gov you should find the info you're looking for.
$$ back per se will depend on income etc I would assume.
