BTDT peeps, contraction question
Where do you feel them? I am having some cramping but its high up, like near my belly button, I thought I would feel them low down. Plus its a constant dull ache, nothing is coming and going. Was at the doctor yesterday was was 2cm but I am only 36 weeks, so I am on bedrest. Feeling very naseaous and I also lost 5 pounds overnight just from being sick from yesterday...I am wondering if all this means its happening soon. What do you think?

When you're in active labor, you feel them all over your belly. It's just one big stabbing/hardening feeling.
But right now with Braxton Hicks I can tell I'm having them because they feel high, near the top of my belly and lungs. Almost feels like my lungs are being pushed on a little.

BTDT peeps, contraction question
Early labor for me was felt very low. Like under the belly just above the pubic area. It felt like a painful squeezing, but for the first 8 hours, rhe pain level was very low. Maybe a 2 on a scale of ten. After that they starting coming closer together, more painful, and not as easy to pin point an exact spot where it hurt.

If you were sick, make sure you're not dehydrated, bc that will bring on BH.

If you were sick, make sure you're not dehydrated, bc that will bring on BH.

Ditto.
And my contractions were where my period cramps would be - like mid belly (by belly button).
My BH were higher, like right under my boobs - it felt like just a tightening.
