BTDT moms...pregnancy and delivery comparison

I am one of those who have been truly blessed with a very easy pregnancy. People keep telling me that that means I'll have an easy delivery. I tend to be more pessimistic and expect the delivery to be horrible because everything else has gone so well the last 39 weeks.

That being said, what's your experience been? Are they comparable or there's no correlation?

No correlation for me....My first was an easy pregnancy and it was the hardest delivery. My 2nd pregnancy I had problems but the labor and delivery were super easy.

I've never heard this before, but I guess it would be true for me.
I had a pretty easy pregnancy other than major weight gain, and my labor was SUPER fast! I don't want to call it easy because it was the hardest thing I've ever done in my life (I had no choice but to do it naturally, no drugs)... but people would consider me lucky because I went so quick. My entire labor was 4 hours from first contraction to DD being born.

Easy pregnancy the first time, delivery was HELL. This time the pregnancy has been tough, but delivery should be easy because I will have a repeat c-section.

Well, my 1st pg was super easy and my labor was mostly easy I suppose. I say that cause it was very quick and I dilated very fast and I assume it would have all been quick, but at the very very end, he went into fetal distress and I had an emergency c/s.
