BTDT Moms - 11 month sleep problems, please help!
I don't know what to do anymore.
DD is 11 months old. She is normally a good sleeper - almost always STTN and self soothes back to sleep when she wakes through the night.
The last week has been very different - she wakes and SCREAMS. Like, panicked, bloodcurdling screams. When we soothe (rock) her she falls asleep but as soon as we put her down she wakes up screaming again. This happened last night from midnight until 4am. We're exhausted and we don't know what to do.
We havent done CIO before (well, I started and stopped once or twice but we never saw it through), but I just don't know what to do now. I do know that she is teething - I see a little tooth under her gums. Could it be the teething? Is she just going through a clingy phase?
I hate the thought of her CIO but I really don't know what else to do.

It sounds like teething. DS isnt the greatest sleeper but, he is up for long periods of time like that, and sleeps only if held, when he's close to cutting a tooth.

Ok that makes me feel better!
What did you do so you didn't end up holding him all night? It took hours until she settled last night.
