Bruschetta Recipe
Anyone have a good tomato bruschetta recipe? Thanks!

1 cup chopped plum (Roma) tomatoes (3 medium)
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz)
I make this all of the time

I make mine with tomatoes , red onion , garlic , evoo & balsamic vinegar . I mix in basil as well . I let it sit for a few hours in the fridge . Its actaully great on breaded chciken cutllets
