I'm making those today too! I don't have a specific recipe for it. I just use any peanut butter cookie recipe I find at the moment and before putting on cookie sheet, roll each ball in granulated sugar. Bake according to directions and when they come out press kiss in the middle.

This is the recipe I use. Also, I like to use the mini Reese's PB cups. And I take the candy out of the wrapper and then freeze them so that the candy retains its shape without melting too much.

costco has a packaged mix by hersheys for these cookies and they are amazing!!!! Just like home made
